Yeah, so I am not prepared at all.
Like at all.
I don't know what to do.
Perhaps if I fail, I won't need to study anymore.

I finished "The Name of the Wind" today. Not a very good one. The author tried too hard to make it extraordinary and mundane at the same time and end up being neither.

Hmm..

I should be rather studying than putting my thoughts down here.

Whatever Happens Happens

Atop his broom, Sean glided through the air, weaving in and out of the rising pillars forming Hogwarts' many towers. The sun was just beginning to set and its orange glow twinkled across the mountains. Sean leaned foward on the wooden handle of his broom and let the wind blow his long, jet black hair back out of his face to reveal his pale white skin and shining frozen blue eyes.

It was at the moment, but he wasnt hungry, he just had the undenyable urge to fly. Wrapping his boney fingers around the hard oak pole, he picked up speed, rushing first over the lake, and then over the tree tops of the forbidden forest. He smirked to himself, it was off limits, but really, there wasnt anyone to catch him, and he wanted a bit of adventure. A tree snagged the back of his broom and pulled him down into the darkness below. He yelled out as he crashed through the branches and tumbled to the forest floor.

It was nearly pitch black, Sean had a few cuts but nothing too serious. He looked wide eyed through the mist shrouded trees and felt the presence of someone else around him.

Lei was strolling in the Forbidden Forest. He know it is forbidden but he no longer care about that. It is just another rule in the book, and rules are made to be broken.

He was contemplating on what's the best way to kill a Centuar when suddenly something from the sky fell and crashed.

It was a boy on a broomstick.

Lei click his tongue and went to check out if the boy is alive.

He addressed the boy coldly, "I see that you survived", as though he would have wished it was otherwise.

Sean gave him an odd look, confused at his cold statement. "Yes, I did." Sean said, bracing himself against a tree and pulled himself up off the cold forest floor. His ankle twisted and he fell back down, "looks like its a bit worse than I thought." He said, realizing that his ankle was definatly at least sprained. That wouldnt have been a problem, he had a broom to fly out on after all, execpt for the fact that his broom's handle was split and splintered.

It seemed as though this... person? was his only option, though he wasnt sure if he wanted to take it, considering that, for whatever reason, he wasnt much liked by him.

"Ah, but you are not so fortunate are you", Lei retorted to this boy. So, do you have any other means of transport?"
Looking around and seeing there is none that would carry this rather unfortunate boy to his desired destination, the hospital wing, he heave a sigh and said," Tsk, tsk, it seems it is only you and me, though I hate getting my clothes dirty, it would be quite unwizardlike to leave a ... little boy like you to die in this horrid place. "

Lei tries to conjure up a stretcher that floats, but since he was only a 4th year with not much conjuring magic up his sleeve, he failed to produce one.

"One snick out of you and you are dead", he warned the boy.

Sean kept his lips shut. He was afraid, but greatful. It seemed as though, even though the older boy wasnt the kindest person he had ever met, he was atleast goign to provide assistance, which put Sean at ease.

He sat on the ground, helpless to do anything himself other than crawl, and he wasnt about to try crawling out of these woods. "So, are you going to help me?" Sean asked, grabbing onto a branch and using it to pull himself up and keep him there.

"Don't strain yourself otherwise you will lose your leg", Lei said. "If you are in a hurry to lose your leg, you can just ask me, I will relieve you of your misery in a blast."
Lei smirks.
"Anyway, it seems you are not those masochistic kind, so we won't do many painful job today. Here..."
Lei pick Sean up with both hands.
"Throw your hands around my neck and hang on, because it will make me a bit easier to carry. "
Sean felt awkward, but still, once again, appreciative of his 'savior'. He tentivly wrapped his arm around his neck, pulling his weight a bit off of his arms. "Thank you." Sean said as they started through the trees. They traveled silently, Sean slightly intimidated by the other boy's dark misdemeaner.
Lei carries the boy for a bit but it was all so quiet in the forest, for they were much further in then they expected.

"Don't fidget", he warned the boy.

TO lighten the atmosphere Lei tries to start a conversation.
"So why were you trying to kill yourself in the forest. I will tell you there are nobler way to die."
"I was just out for a broom ride." Sean said, holding himself as still as possible. "I like flying, it feels like a lot of weight is lifted off of you, clears your mind." He said, feeling himself bounce up and down slightly with Lei's step. It was getting darker and the mist was getting thicker. "I guess we're in pretty far." Sean said, feeling a bit worried. "What were you doing out here?" Sean asked after a small pause.

Lei nearly dropped the boy when he asked that question. He deliberated for a moment on what should he tell the boy.

"Well, it is a rough day for a broom ride, as any good broom rider would know. The mist is impenetrable."

"But don't worry, I know the way in and out of the forest, I am taking you by the nearest and quickest path to the castle. "

"As about what I was doing here at this time, I would love to tell you, but I have to kill you afterwards if I do that."
Sean's eyes widened, how many death threats was that? He wasnt keeping count. 'Deatheater?' Sean though to himself, gripping on a little tighter to his neck. 'But, would a death eater really have stopped to help me?' Sean countered his own thoughts.

"Im not much of a broom rider." Sean responded. "I just like it is all."
Lei seems to read Sean's mind.
"I can see that you are not much of a broom rider."

Lei have picked up sean's broken broom and have put it in the bag which he was carrying.

"If you are thinking I am a death eater, you are mostly mistaken. I am in that line of work but I am not into dark arts. Anyway, I am still a student, and in the 4th year. Do you think the dark lord would really recruit me?"
"Well, im neutral, not really on anyones side... from my perspective, I would say that you have the personality for it... except for how your helping me at the moment." Sean said, hoping that he hadnt jeopardized his assistance. "Im not sure waht he bases his criteria on however." Sean said, looking out through the trees.
"And that is good, for do not meddle in the affairs of dark and light, for they are subtle and quick to anger. I see that you have not seen the world. There are lots of people who are not dark or light, but rather in different shades of grey. They may chose to be in any hue depending on their mood. "

They were almost out of the forest.

Sean nodded, he could see a break in the trees, it was almost like a blessing. "So, whats your name? What house are you in?" Sean asked. He was stil intimidated, but none the less felt that, having it been the case that he saved his life, they should at the very least be aquaintences.
Lei hesitated before giving his name.
"I am Lei. And I am in Gryffindor."
"Don't expect that all gryffindors are friendly some of us are nastier than slytherins at their worst. "

"What about you? What's your name and what is your house?"
"Sean." he replied as they neared the exit of the woods. "Im a hufflepuff." He said reluctantly. "I cant say that im totaly happy with that face, but what happens happens." Sean shrugged. "I want to thank you again for, well, saving my life I guess you could call it. Is there anything thing I can to to return the favor?" Sean asked, stilling holding Lei around the neck.

"Sean", he tried the name on his lips, "It is a pretty name".
"Hufflepuff is not bad, they are quite nice to play tricks on. I do not know what I would have done if Hogwarts were deficient of hufflepuff, only the other day I did...."
Lei stopped at the horrified look from Sean.

"What? What's wrong? Why are you making that face at me as if you detest the very person of me?"

"Im already picked on enough as it is." Sean said, looking at the ground below. "People say im a freak. Havnt you seen the Beware of Sean posters they put up?" He asked. "Im just different, not a freak." Seand said, almost heatedly.

"I dont hate you, its just, being the school wierdo and a Hufflepuff... its gets me a lot of trouble." he said, seeing the castle.
"Hmmm..." Lei wondered. Well, from now on, if anybody pick on you, tell me, I will make their life miserable for the rest of their pitiful life.
"And who said you are a freak. you are just a boy who likes flying a broom with no knowledge of how dangerous it is to fly in a weather like this."

"Oh, its just what goes around, havnt you heard them? I have quite the reputation..." Sean said, laughing to himself. "Thank you though, I might just take you up on the offer one day." Sean smiled.

"Anytime huffie." Lei said as they have reached the castle.
"Now that we are here, I will drop you to the hospital wing"
And they begin to climb up the staicase.

Sean nodded in agreement, but for some reason he felt unhappy about it. This guy was different from any of the other student. Sure he threatened to kill him a couple of times but he didnt mock him for anything except for some well deserved flying and judgement criticisms. But he didnt find him strange, he didnt sneer at him. It was almost like... he was a friend... a thing Sean never had much luck in obtaining.

Lei’s muscle screams in protest from carrying the boy on his arm for the entire length from the forest to the castle, but he didn’t listen to them. When he saw the boy he wanted to protect him, and that feeling confused Lei a lot. He has never felt anything like this and he didn’t know how to react to it. Even though the boy is heavy, he would not mind carrying him few extra miles just to be with him. But the boy needs immediate medical attention.

Lei took the boy to the Hospital wing and put him down on a bed there. Madam Pomphrey rushed in asking what is wrong.

Lei answered,” Well, this boy here was trying to end his life by crashing his broom on the forbidden forest! Madam Pomphrey, please see to it that his endeavour is not fulfilled.”

"Trust me, that fall was far from volentary." Sean said, laying on the bed. "Im just not much of a flyer I guess." Sean said, a little grimance appearing on his face as Madam Pomphery messed with his ankle to asses his wounds.

"Well, its definatly a fracture." She said, hands on her hips. "He'll need a night here with a dose of skelegrow." She said, shaking her head. She went and fetched a bottle and poured a bit in a cup for Sean to down. He did so, but not without severe displeasure. "Now, no moving that foot." Madam Pomphery said as she stepped off to her office.

Sean could alread feel a small aiche in his foot. "Ow." He said quietly. He looked up at Lei and smiled. "Thanks again Lei." Sean said as he sat up and wrapped his arms around Lei's torso. "Dont know what I would have done without cha'" he laughed a bit.

Lei jumped up when Sean wrap his arm around his waist, but he didn't make any sudden move.
"It is alright, just don't try to kill yourself off next time. Well, I will sit down beside you for a while, I am a bit spent myself."

He turned to Madam Pomphrey, "Madam, would you have some rejuvenating potion? I am throughly exhausted."

"Im sorry hon, fresh out. Though I will say that 20 points will go to your house for helping this young man." She smiled as she walked off. Sean was smiling aswell, I was shy to ask, but he wanted Lei to stay with him. It seemed that asking wasnt necessary anylonger however, for he said he would be staying anyway. Sean noted that Lei was tired, he wasnt all that heavy, but still, carrying anyone all that would would take a lot of energy, and it obviously took its toll on Lei.

Sean smiled at him and silently scooted over in the bed, wondering if Lei wanted a place to lay back, instead of just sitting at the foot.

"Well, thanks. I think I would want to replenish my lungs before setting out again to... er... do homework". Lei didn't want to tell him that he is going to go back to the forest to continue what he was doing.

"So, how are you feeling now?"

"The skelegrow stuff... is very unpleasent." Sean laughed, sitting up and leaning against the back wall. "But not too bad considering." he smiled, looking through one of the windows across the room.

"What homework is it?" Sean asked, sensing a lie and trying to catch Lei in it. "I get fair marks, maybe I can help." He grinned.

"Er....
Lei's mind works furiously to invent a new lie

"Divination. Yeah, that's it. Divination. We have to write something about oneiromancy."

He has no idea what oneiromancy is, but he is sure Sean has no idea about it either.

"It is nothing you can help me with. Because I know you don't take divination."

"Anyway, it would not take much time. Thanks for the offer though"

Lei knows his work at the forbidden forest will take hours, but Jake does not need to know that.

"Alright, if your sure." Sean said, giving him a suspicious look, but letting the subject pass for the moment. "So um, You can stay if you like, but im going to get some sleep and let this skelegrow stuff kick in." Sean smiled, shoving his head into his pillow and letting his heavy eyelids fold down over his greying eyes. Just before sleep took over him, he let his hand creep over to Lei's and lay atop it.

"Alright. I shall see you tomorrow morning." Lei took one last look at jake and Lei went off the forbidden forest.

In the forbidden forest Lei continued with his work which the incident of the crashing broom interrupted.

Early next morning. Lei came to the hospital wing to see how jake is doing.

Jake was still sleeping peacefully, his bones fully grown. Lei sat beside him quietly.

Sean's eyes split open as he slowly drifted into wake. He was turned away from Lei, but could tell that he, or someone, was there. Slowly he turned over only to be greeted by Lei's face peering down at his own. A small smile creeped across his groggy face as he let out a deep yawn.

"Lei." he said, a bit of the sleep left in his voice. "You werent here all night were you?" Sean asked, sitting up and quirking his head to the side.

"No, I was not. I was a bit late returning from the forbi... I mean, I got late doing homework so I dozed off there. I came a few minutes back. So how are you feeling? " Lei asked him with a concerned voice.

Sean pulled up the thin blanket that was placed over him to look at his leg. "Everything seems alright." Sean said, standing up tenderly but then more confidently after realizing he had the strength in his leg fully returned.

He smiled over at Lei and, savoring each step as if he wouldnt take walking for granted ever again, walked over. "Well thanks again for all that you did, I would be here without you." Sean smiled. "But I cant help but think... why?" Sean asked. "I mean, I can see your carrying me back and all that, but why did you stay... and come to see me this morning?" He continued, very curious.

"Well, nothing. I just... Well, you were very weak yesterday after the crash and seriously injured. So I thought you might come off worse. But it seems Madam Pomphrey mended you right up. So now there is nothing to worry about."

"If you say so." Sean said with narrow eyes as he started to pull his average cloths on in stead of the hospital gown that he had been put in. After slipping on pants and the shrit he had worn last night, he stepped around Lei and began walking to the door with a swift stride and a quick "Bye, then." As he swung open the door to the hospital wing and out into the hallway.

He wasnt trying to be arrogent, no Sean was testing Lei, to see if Lei would follow at the absence of a more formal farewell.

He knows what Jake was trying to do by dismissing him so abruptly. He wants me to follow.

Lei's heart tells him to follow, but his conscience tells him not to. This is not the time to indulge in the matters of the heart.

Telling himself that he is doing all these for the goodness of everyone around him, he heads off to his own dorm.

Later that day, Lei was agitated. He want to talk to Jake. He kind of like him, but with his obligations to others he must dismiss his likes and desires. So lei decided to send an owl.

"Dear Sean

I saw through your eyes what you think of me ( You must forgive me for using legilemency, but curiosity must be my excuse ). I want to be that person in your life; how I wish I could leave everything behind...

--
yours devoted
Lei

Sean sat, back against the cold stone wall on his Hufflepuff common room bed. His want was out, a few scraps of paper folded into a person form and doing the can-can across the foot of his bed with a few complicated whirs of his wand. He smiled a bit, but he was fairly down that Lei hadnt followed. Sean thought he saw somthing in his eyes aswell but now doubted it. "You were just imagining things Sean." He said to himself.

Then the owl swooped in through his window and a piece of folded paper layed on his wrinkled sheets. He stared at it in awe for a moment but then picked it up and unfolded the paper.
He read the note, a bitter-sweet numbnesschilling his lips and flowing down his spine.

He let the letter fall to the bed and wondered what it really meant. What was he trying to say? "Well your not going to find out anything by sitting around in the common room where he cant get to you." Sean said, his eyes squinted in thought. He stood up and ran down the steps, swooping throught he common and through the portrait which was used to opening quickly for a speeding Sean.

He didnt know where he was going, but sitting around made him feel useless, and that wasnt a feeling he was fond of at the moment.

But Lei was nowhere to be found, for he was with Professor McGonagal discussing the possibilities of state transfiguration, like from ice to water and water to vapour with the wave of the wand.

After about two hours later, Lei came back to his dorm exhausted. He notices an owl waiting for him there. He opens the letter, and it was from Sean. It reads...

Dearest Lei,

Im guessing that... by knowing how I feel, you know that... I have definate feelings for you. I could see that you felt similarly. I dont know what you do in those woods. I do know that you werent oblidged to homework before... and that you were doing somthing in the forbiden forest. I also know... that watever that is is holding you back in advancement toward me.

I think we should meet up again. Even if what your doing is keeping you from me in the way I know we both desire, I still want to be friends.

With love,
Sean Uppman

Lei didn't know what to do. What shall he choose? His obligations or his heart. But thinking about him make him feel better. What if he can fulfill both? there is nothing that says he have to fulfil only one.

He needs love as much as anyone else. But yes, it is a matter of the heart and must proceed with caution. They have met for only about 15 minutes, and 15 minutes are not enough for falling in love. It is unreasonable.

They need to spend more time together to get to know each other. And that can only be done when he have free time... which he do not have much, but he will try,

Lei quickly take out parchment and quill and scribble something on it.

"Dear Sean

Please come and meet me at the boy's bathroom after dinner

Your humble servant
Lei"

He gave the letter to his owl to deliver it to sean.

Sean explored the halls for a while, looking for Lei without much luck. He hopped up and down the stairs, roamed the hallways and combed through all the secret passages he knew, still without finding Lei at all.

Sean went up to his dorm, feeling down that he hadnt found Lei despite all his efforts. But his heart lifted when he saw the letter sitting on his beds pillow as he entered his room. He flipped open the note and read it, a smile creeping across his face as he did.

He scribbled an "I'll be there." Across the bottom of the note and sent the owl flying back.

When Lei received the note back, he was almost afraid that sean send it back without reading. But the little scribble at the bottom of the note, in a cute girly handwriting, was written, "I will be there".

Lei feels as if there is a butterfly in his stomach, because he is excited and scared at the same time. To meet Sean at the bathroom. It is not like he is going to face You know Who.

After dinner, which he could not eat by the way, he went directly to the boy's bathroom. It was deserted. So loitered around there waiting for Sean to turn up.

'Is he not coming',Lei thinks.

Sean walked briskly to the bathroom, trembling a bit but still excited for the most part. He started to think and drifted off into his own mind, he continued to move toward the bathroom on a sort of auto-piolet while he planned how to act around Lei.

Soon enought he made it over to the bathroom door and slowly pushed it open with a deep breath. He poked his head inside and scouted the room first and noticed Lei, waiting, having taken a seat on one of the sinks.

"Hey Lei." Sean said timidly as he slowly stepped in. "Im here." he smiled, walking over and giving Lei a quick hug before taking a seat on the sink next to him.

Lei's eyes twitched when Sean gave him a hug.

"Well, that was quite forward."
Lei clears his throat.

"Sean, I wanted to see you so I can discuss something weird. Did you do something to me? Like some spell or curse? Because I am not feeling myself these days. A thought has been haunting me day and night the past two days, ever since I met you that night."

Lei hesitated

"You are always on my mind. The way you talk, the way you smile, the way your eyes twinkle everytime you look at me...

Lei drifts off for some second. Recollecting himself.

"It is as if I am falling in love with you. Which is quite ridiculous. I can't fall in love. I was proud with myself because I thought I was quite impervious to that feeling."

"So confess your crime already, and I will forgive you. Did you do something to me to make me crazy over you?"

"Well, I was thinking about... slipping some love potion into your morning orange juice." Said Sean, turning slightly pink at Lei's words. "But as of yet, I havnt done anything to you other than express my affection." Sean nodded, turning the fossets on the sink next to him on and off. He pulled out his wand and pointed it at the stream of water that was pouring out of the silvery sink head.
He directed the water though the air, entertaining himself as he thought on the matter.

"I feel differently now that I've met you aswell." Sean said, spinning the water in a coil. "You've been in my thoughts aswell." He smiled, the water twisted into a flowing heart which he directed to border Lei's face. Sean's face went a bright red and he lowed his face so that it wouldnt be noticed, though he didnt think it was very effective. The heart fell in a splash to the floor. "I dont think I've felt that way for anyone else before..." Sean said quietly, now twirling his wand around making little swirly ripples in the water.

Lei was confused.
Sean has not done anything to him. But he is still acting weird. And he himself is acting weird. He needs to work things out.

"Then I need to figure out what has happened to me. I thought you could help me figure it out, but it seems you are yourself clueless about what is happening to both of us."

"I will try to see what went wrong. And if I figure it out, I will let you know"

"Lei!" Sean said, standing up and stepping infront of the other boy. "Are you totaly clueless?" Sean asked, taking Lei by his forarms and getting very close to the other boys face.

"Lei, you saved my life. Sure, your keeping a few secrets from me... but why wouldnt you, we just met not too long ago..." Sean said, backing up a bit, but still keeping a firm grip on Lei. "Lei, we havnt known each other for long... but we still feel things for each other... and its normal for that to cause a certain bit of obsession." Sean said smiling.

Sean held himself back for a moment but couldnt, it seemed that Lei was lost when it came to matters of the heart. Sean wasnt in much of a better state, but at least had a clue.

Lei narrows his eyes. It seems he wasn't too bright either in the matters of the heart.

"How can an obsession be normal? And if it is then the whole world will be upside down!"

"If you really stopped to look at things you would see that the world is ALREADY upside down!" Sean said, lunging foward and pressing his lips to Lei's again. He kept his hands on Lei's forarms, holding them down, though he didnt think he felt any resistance. Sean closed his eyes as their lips met and then slowly pulled away.

"Lei, tell me, do you think that felt... right?" Sean asked, breathless and waiting.
Le iwas taken a bit surprise when Sean kissed him. It felt nice. And good and somehow it seems right. More right then fulfilling his destiny. That's what he has been doing since before. And now Sean came to his life and turn his world upside down. And it feels so right.

He answered Sean's question by taking sean in his arms.
"I want to make you mine; I want to possess you. I don't know why.. and I have no sane reason for that, but I do."

"And I... want to be yours." Sean smiled, holding Lei in his arms. Then a small though popped into his head. "Lei, do people know that your... gay?" Sean asked, still holding him close.

"I mean, I've been mocked my entire life... it would be just... another thing for people to find out." Sean said, feeling a bit worried. "But you... im guessing... you have a reputation... I mean... what would it cause for you?" Sean asked, still holding onto the other boy, clinging to him as if he were the sould purpose of his existance at that moment.

Lei ponders about himself for a moment.

"No," he said,"I didn't even know I am inclined this way until I met you. I am not even sure right now. But I am not afraid of people or reputation. No one can dictate me what I should do."

Lei keeps quiet for a while.

"Alright, tell me a good reason why I should be with you". Because I have been trying to find out and I am not getting any answer.

"Well." Sean began, pausing... "Well I dont know." He said vacantly. "Im not all that charming I dont think." He continued. "But I'll be loyal to you." He added, a bit of hope in his voice.

He stopped talking, knowing that he wasnt really helping his case. "Lei I dont know, I guess I dont have much of a reason..." Sean said quietly, backing away from Lei and crossing his arms over his lap.

"Well, I suppose something like love can make me stay with you" Lei hesitates. He was hoping that Sean loves him, but he was wrong.

"But it seems there is none from you, so I shall not bother you further as I have no other reason to be with you other than that. "

"Lei, I didnt say that I didnt love you!" Sean yelled out, the situation pounding on his brain. "Really, I do!" Sean said, running back over to Lei and latching onto his arm. "I dont want you to leave, im just... im not really used to people being interested in me and im lost about what to do." He explained, still holding onto Lei's arm but avoiding his look.

Lei grabs Sean and hugs him tightly.

"What took you so long to say that?"

Lei released Sean from his grip.

"I hope I didn't suffocate you there. Sorry. Emotions overcame me. Weak. "
He smiles at him apologetically.

He looked down at the leg that had broken after his fall in the woods. He remembered the way Lei was when he first showed up. Mysterious, blunt, harsh, critical... but he was acting differently. Sean didnt doubt that Lei loved him and took refuge in Lei's arms. Sean was warm in Lei's grasp. His eyes turned a dreamy orangish color under his eyelids.

"Thank you Lie." He said quietly, and the bathroom fell silent, nothing but the trickle of water, making small plinks in the puddle around the drain of the marble sink.

This is in memory of an RP of my character Lei and Jake ( Galinda Uppman )in a role playing site called hex.
The RP happened some years ago, and when I read it, it almost brought tears to my eyes, for he is now gone, and the things we said in this RP...they were from the heart and real. I was reluctant, and he was persistent. I am now sorry that it didn't worked out, the RP as well as the relationship.

The Story is set in the background of the harry potter world, exp hogwarts.
Disclaimer: Hogwarts and all things related to Harry Potter belongs to JK Rowling. I earn mo money from this so don't sue.

Of Whimsical Kisses

Jake: Sean, wide eyed and dazed, flushed and stepped out of a stall to the far right. He was fairly quiet. A lot of people thought him insane, but nothing could be farther from the truth. He had long black hair, hanging over his left eye and ending at about shoulder length. He was tall, lanky in the apendages and very pale.

He knew the two boys however, he was in a few of their classes. He doubted that they were ignorant to his existance aswell, for he had gotten himself quite the reputation as the Hufflepuff loon. "Hello." He said, a bit distantly and with a small smile. He strode over to the scene.

His smile wasnt ordinary, it was soulful and a little unnerving according to the population there at the school. Sean knew what people thought of him, though he didnt mind it. At the sight of Ryan in the corner, Sean hardened his brow. "Whats the matter?" He said, not caring that it was really none of his business. With shrug, Sean leaned up against the wall and slowly slid to the floor a few feet away from Ryan.

Ryan: Ryan seemed as if he didn't hear them for a second,"wha...oh umm. Nothin much. It's just...nothing. It's really nothing." Ryan showed a fake but weak smile. He hummed a strange melody to himself and then remembered there was still people and stopped, "Oh, I didn't know you were still there...sorry." Ryan signed.

Sean: "Are you sure nothing is wrong?" Sean asked again, still sounding a little distant, but clearly in the conversation. "Dont worry if its private, I wont tell a soul. I dont really talk to most people." Sean laughed a bit, squinting his eyes with a cheerly smile. He crossed his legs and rested his wrists on the bright green socks covering his ankles. "So really, feel free to speak." Sean said, staring at one of the sinks and biting his lower lip. "Im a pretty good listener." He added before falling silent and leaving a small unnerving feel in the room.

Lei: Lei passes by and Notice some boys talking.
But suddenly he remembered he left his Potions Assignment at the dorm, he ran back to get it.

Sean: Sean watched the other boy step into the bathroom and run back out. A sudden impulse hit him, and he felt a desire to chase. He got up quickly and bolted out the door without another word. He looked aorund the hallway and spotted him walking down the hall toward his dorm.

Sean laughed to himself a bit and chased after. "So why am I doing this?" he asked himself. He shrugged off the question and continued to follow.

Lei: Lei have this feeling of being followed, so he takes a quick peek behind and saw this boy running after him. He turns a corner and hides. When the boy following him approaches, he grabs him by the corner.

"Why have you been following me?"

Sean: "I dont know." Sean said smiling and slightly tilting his head to the side. "I guess I just felt like it." He chuckled, shrugging. "Or maybe I was curious, you pick." He laughed again.

Lei: Lei rolls his eyes.

"Well, I do not buy that, we both are going to go to Madam Pomphrey; She maybe able to extract your evil intentions better than me"

Lei tries to drag the boy towards the Hospital Wing where they can find Madam Pomphrey.

Sean: "Evil?" Sean questioned, not really resisting on their way to the green house. He had actually twisted the position from Lei grabbing onto his arm to Sean holding Lei's hand. "What makes you think that im plotting anything evil?" Sean asked as they passed through the main doors and started down the path to the green house. Sean didnt really understand what was going on, but he didnt really mind.

Lei:"You must be some plotting slytherin, and only Merlin knows what slytherins are upto at the best of times. And everyone knows slytherins are evil!!"
Then Lei notices the other boy is not a slytherin.
"Eh? You are not a slytherin are you" He asked apologetically.

Sean:"No, im actually a Hufflepuff." Sean said a bit distantly again. "I just really like the color green." He smiled, looking down at his emerald green socks. "And I dont thinke ALL Slytherins are evil." Sean said quietly. "Though, they have earned themselves quite the reputation." He shrugged, crossing his arms.

Lei: Lei feels really really bad now. He must have painted a picture of himself as an insufferable Gryffindor.

"I am really, Sorry. Er... I feel really bad about ... mishandling you. Is there anything I can do to make it up."

He looks at the boy with puppy eyes.

Sean: Sean looked at the boy for a moment and then quickly kissed him on the lips. "That should suffice." Sean said, a bit shaken as he turned around and started to walk off, feeling a bit nervous. Half of him wanted to get away, but the other half wanted Lei to follow.

Lei: Lei was too stunned to act when the boy, whose name he does not even know, kissed him fully on the lips!

It took Lei full 10 seconds to fully grasp the situation and come to his senses.

He saw the boy leaving him after kissing him without giving him any explanation.

He runs after the boy and stood in front of him blocking his way.

"What was that for?" he demands.

Sean: "Once again, im not really sure." He smiled and let out a small laugh before rounding around the boy and smiling to himself. "I wanted too I guess." Sean shrugged as he leaned up agaist one of the stone walls and slowly sank to sit on the floor. "Having you ever just, acted off of impulse?" Sean asked. "Somtimes it can lead to good things." He smiled as he played with the dark brown hair that hung in his pale face.

Lei: "Impulse?", Lei wondered aloud, "what is that? Some kind of thrust on an engine? What has that got anything to do with right now?"

wait, lei tells himself, I think I am being too out of mind right now, let me take some few deep breaths and analyse the situation

"Well, First of all, what is your name? I want to know the name of the first person that is scaring me throughtly."

Sean: "Im sorry, I dont mean to frighten you." Sean said, feeling embarassed. "Im Sean Uppman." He said. "and impulse is like, a sudden urge." Sean said a bit more to himself than to Lei. "I get them a lot." He laughed as he looked back over to Lei.

Lei: "Alright, Sean, I am Lei. And I would appreciate if you curb our impulsiveness around me. Whims and caprices are not for gentle folk. "

Lei sits down beside Sean.

" Sometimes we run away with ideas when the other person does something totally innocent thing out of impulse. And likewise, I have have run away with ideas if I have not enquired the source of your actions."

Sean: "Well, somtimes you get a feeling, and you just have to run with it." Sean said, looking to the floor. "Are you angry?" Sean asked as he folded himself into more of a ball shape and rested his head on his folded forarms which were sitting atop his kneecaps. "I didnt mean to upset you." Sean said.

Lei: Lei smiles at Sean. "No, I am not angry or upset, so you don't need to apologise. But we must keep acts of love for the purpose of love only. To misuse kisses, hugs for purpose that are not intended for a love person means we are abusing the means of expressing our love."

"For example, let us suppose that we end up loving each other in the future. At that time, I would not know what your kisses are for, either due to impluse or out of love. "

Sean: "Well, what if there were hopes of... somthing... in the futur?" Sean said, turning to Lei and looking at him through the hair that fell over his eyes. "Even impulse is sparked by emotion, it could be that I, myself, am seeking somthing." Sean said, laying his head against the wall.

Lei: Lei delierated for a moment. "If I am to understand, by your previous statement, that you are expecting a relation out of some impulsive kisses, then you are thoroughly mistaken. First of all, you are too young. Second, you are too young, and third you are too young."

Sean: "Well, we're both in the same school arent we? I am a 5th year." Sean said, feeling badly. "Never mind, forget you met me." Sean said, standing up and walking away again. His icey blue eyes dimmed a bit and turned to a greyish color.

Lei "Fine", he lets out in exasperation.
The cheek of that hupplepuff, one would have never guessed.

The day passed on, but around evening, Lei was carrying hordes of books for professor mcgonagal, but someone bumped into him and the book all fell down. When he looks around for the culprit, he cound Sean.

"You did that on purpose, didn't you?" he said accusingly.

Lei "Im sorry." Sean said, noticing that it was Lei and feeling a small urch in his chest. He picked up the books and stacked them in Lei's arms. A pair of small tears formed in Sean's. He quickly shifted his hair over them before anyone could notice and wiped them away. After picking up his own books, Sean looked Lei in the eyes, as if asking for another chance, but shook the feeling and decided it was better if he just kept heading foward. Once again he felt that split feeling. Did he want to get away from the situation? Or did he want Lei to follow him?

Sean: Sean has his nasty habit of walking away from him, Lei concurs.

With his hand full with books, he manage to catch up with sean.

"Sean, is something wrong?" Lei asked with concern.

Lei: "No, everything is fine." Sean said falsely, but trying to convince Lei that there was nothing to be worried about. "Really, you just go where you need to, it'll be fine." Sean, trying his best to avoid eye contact.

"No Sean, Don't lie. I know you are hurt. Whether the perpetrator of that is me or not, I cannot guess. I have to go now, because Mcgonagal is waiting for her books .Promise me that you will meet me in the transfiguration classroom after dark. "

Sean: "I guess." Was Sean's reply, though he really ment to show up. "I'll see you then." He said, once again in his distant tone. "I need to go get a few ingrediants for Snape's class from the grounds, so I need to be on my way aswell." Sean nodded and turned, stepping down the stairs quickly.

He strode, pensivly, down the path to a small bush which he began to pluck for a specific berry Snape instructed them to find. He filled a jar full and took a seat under a tree and decided to wait there untill it was about time to meet Lei. He was confused as to weather or not he actually wanted to go.

Lei: It was nearly dark when Lei came down to the transfiguration class. He almost forgot about the rendezvous but somehow it suddenly came to his mind that he was to meet Sean.

When he came Sean was not there, so Lei decided to wait for a few minutes to see is Sean would show up.

Sean: Sean lifted himself up off the slightly moist grass and pushed through the main entrance. The castle had a spooky air about it, most of the lights were off and the hall ways were vacant. Sean didnt mind, he liked the quiet. He smirked to himself as he walked, he was thinking about Lei, how he felt about him, what he would do.

He silently floated up the stairs, moving swiftly so that it was almost as if his feet didnt hit the floor. He noticed a glowing green flyer up on the wall, it said Beware Sean Uppman It featured a rather insane looking photo of him with a grin on his face that was clearly not his own, only put there to make him look more frightening. Sean laughed at it and went on his way.

It took about 5 minutes to reach the transfiguration class. He took a deep breath to calm his nerves and turned the handle. 'Controle yourself.' Sean thought to himself as he slid through the door. He saw Lei leaning up against one of the desks. It effected him differently than he thought, Sean felt like his heart was cracking inside his chest, Lei's look in his eye wracked Sean's mind. "Lei..." Sean said quietly. He ran over to Lei gripped him by the shoulders, crashing his lips into the other boys.

'so much for keeping controle' Sean thought to himself as he kissed the Ravenclaw. Sean's eyes widened and he stepped back. "I- Im sorry." Sean said and stepped back a bit further.

Sylar: Sylar walked down the Transfiguration hallway muttering to himself.

"That Ryan is such an emotional waterfall, I mean everytime you see him, he's either in the bathroom sobbing and crying in one of the stalls or he's on his way to the bathroom to sob and cry in one of the stalls"

Sylar was just outside of the Transfiguration classroom, he was searching for Professor Mcgonogall.
Sylar burst open the doors, holding a piece of parchment and started talking.

"Professor Mcgonogall, I don't understand how I got an 'Acceptable' on this ess..."

Sylar had just noticed that there were two guys in there and no Mcgonogall, and to top it off, they were kissing and had just pulled apart frantically.

"ay" Sylar finished his word after the initial shock.

Lei: It was a wonder Lei didn't collapse when both things happen simultaneously. One moment he was all alone, next moment, he was attacked by lips and the other moment before he could even admit surprise, another boy walked on them when the attacked happened.

"Blimey! What the hell is going on?!"
After gaining his senses.
"Sean! What was that? I told you strictly that I do not appreciate randomness and more so when it is a kiss."

He takes his eyes from Sean and look at the other guy.

"Excuse me, but can we help you with somthing?"

Sean: "I know." Sean said, backing up even further to the point that he was up against the wall. "I just... lost control." Sean said quietly, almost completely unaware that the other boy was there. "What did you want to meet me for?" Sean said, once again avoiding eye contact. He felt it was better to skip the emotional drabble and cut the the chase.

Lei: He suddenly remembered the purpose of this (not so)clandestine meeting. He didn't want to hurt Sean but there is no other way.

"I know Sean this will be hard for you. But promise me that you will not do anything foolish after hearing me out."
Lei look deep into Sean's eyes trying to be as serious as is possible.

Sean: Sean nodded, folding his arms around his torso and rubbing his forarms in discomfort. "I promise." Sean said, a bit hesitantly, he was very afraid of what Lei was about to say. He didnt know what it was, but he could tell from his tone that it would hurt.

Lei: Lei composed himself, takes a deep breath,"Sean, I know you like me, but this has to stop. When I say something harsh to you, you cry, when I talk to you softly, you smile, when I look at you harshly, you are afraid, when I nod my head to you, you are apprehensive. This is too much. I cannot let you be influenced by my actions. This has to stop. What you are feeling right now is not the sacred thing called love, but is infatuation, and you are besotted with passion, which is a wild emotion, which must be curb if we are to live in a pious manner. So stop following me around, and stop caring for me or whatever you feel for me, just let it stop."

Lei was breathless when he said this. He cannot deny that he have some feeling for Sean, but he cannot just get on with some boy's infatuation. Passion must be kept at control.

Sean: Sean bit his lip, trying to fight back his uprising outburst. He gripped onto his own arms, tensing with the dissapointment. His head hung, his hair falling over his eyes. He was deturmined to not allow himself to reveal how hard an impact Lei's words had made.

"Whatever you say." Sean, finally looking Lei in the eyes. "I'll back off." Sean said, his back against the cold stone of the castle. There was pain in his voice, but that was to be expected. "But, everything starts with passion, its the first step. I'll leave you alone though." Sean said, dragging himself toward the door.

Lei: Lei didn't know what to do at situation like this. If there was ever a book that teach you how to handle situation like this, he have missed it.

"Wait, Sean." He ran after him and catching up to him he pulls him into an embrace.
"I am sorry. I never asked what you feel about all this, but only considered about myself. Tell me what you feel about all these. Tell me what you want me to do."

Sean: "I..." Sean said, having trouble finding the words to describe it. "I am attracted to you." He said after a moment of thought. "Its different than the little crushes I've had before, you stood out in my mind, and I felt like I wanted... more. Even though it started from a whim, I've evolved it in my mind to be more than that." Sean said, flipping his hair out of his eyes and crossing his legs. "All im asking for... is a chance. You've rejected from the get go, even that wasnt so far back, but still... just a chance."

Lei: "A chance of what?" , Lei asked.

Sean: "A chance to... show you... that maybe what im feeling isnt just lust or infatuation." Sean said sternly, readjusting his stance to be in a more confident pose. He stood with his feet apart and his arms braced at his sides.

Lei: Lei shakes his head.
"No Sean, this I cannot give you. Love does not develop out of giving chance or something. It must happen automatically."

Lei ponders for a while.

"Alright, I have come to the conclusion that I will do give you a chance, we will be friends for a while. I will be with you for most part of my free time, we will see how we two go with each other. But mind you not as lovers, but just as friends. After a month or so, we will see if we can take the friendship further or whether we should end any possibility or anything further."

Sean: A smile creeped across Sean's face and he stepped closer to Lei. "Alright." he responded. "Umm, I have an essay to finish up back in the common room." Sean said, frowning again, sad that he couldnt stick around. "But, can we meet up again tomorrow after classes end... umm... by the lake?" Sean asked. "I look foward to spending time with you." Sean smiled, still waiting for an answer.

Lei: Lei smiles at Sean.
"Alright Sean. I will meet you after classes. But no kisses during this one month. Alright? Promise?"

Sean: Sean clenched his teeth together, partially joking. "Alright." Sean agreed, stepping closer to Lei and looking him in the eyes. He let out his arms, gesturing for a hug and somewhat asking permission.

Lei: Lei nods and throws his arm around Sean.
"Go, and do your homework."

Sean: Sean snuggled his head into Lei's chest but quickly let go before doing somthing he would regret. He flashed Lei one last smile before heading out the door and heading up to his own dorm to finish up his assignment. He got outside the door and bolted down the hallway, as soon as he was far enough away, he let out a small squeal of joy before entering the Hufflepuff common.

The next day, he sat through his classes, but not without difficulty, Lei was on his mind.

Sylar: Sylar sat in the Ravenclaw common room that night by himself, he was scratching away at his N.E.W.T arithmancy essays.

It was quarter to 2 before he finished and went upstairs to his dorm, he had Quidditch practice tomorrow afternoon.

The next day during classes, Sylar glanced over at the boy who...liked the other boy and...Sylar was confused, as far as he was concerned the whole school was barking mad!
He noticed that the silly Hufflepuff wasn't paying attention at all to his lessons.
Afterwards, Sylar shrugged off his buddies and caught up with the Hufflepuff and pulled him into the bathroom.

"What the?" the Hufflepuff began, but Sylar interrupted.

"Tell me what in the world is going on between you and that Gryffindor?"

Sean: "I like him." Sean said simply with a small laugh. He didnt even look the other boy in the eyes. "Why do you ask?" Sean said, quirking his head to the side and giving the other boy an odd look. It really wasnt any of his business and Sean was confused as to why he really cared.

Sylar: Sylar laughed, "You're wondering why I care...right?"

The Hufflepuff looked a bit unnerved, but replied with a very nasty tone.
"Yes, I do because I don't see how it's any of your business!"

There was a sound of sobbing in the corner of the bathroom.
Sylar rolled his eyes, "Ryan will you shut up!"

Sylar looked back at the Hufflepuff and smirked, "I'll see you later, Huffie."
and Sylar turned around and headed towards the door with the same smirk still on his face.

Sean" "Well your asking me about my personal affairs." Sean said quickly before the Ravenclaw had a chance to leave. "You should at least let me know why you are inquiring." Sean said, stopping the other boy in the door way.

"Why?" Sean asked again, determined to get an answer.

Sylar: Sylar bit his lip...he was getting exactly what he wanted...

"Well.." Sylar began as he bent towards the Hufflepuffs ear...he whispered: "That's not really any of your business now is it?"

Sylar felt the boy shudder a little, and at once the Hufflepuff looked at Sylar.

Sylar bore his deep, dark green eyes into him with a blank and emotionless face

...extracting what he wanted.

Sean:Sean lowered his brow, this other boy was being far too confusing and it was frustrating him. "Really, it is my business, considering that your business includes asking about my business." Sean said a bit heatedly. "Tell me." He said, or rather, demanded. Sean didnt like to be confused about... well... anything, much less when he was included.

There was a absance of students in the common room, it must have been a lot later than he thought. "Maybe I'll make it out of this." Sean throught to himself as he stood up, looking wide eyed through the dark common room. He searched the walls for what could be an exit, he spotted the back of the fat lady's portrait and slowly crept over. He reached out of push it foward.

"Sean?" Said a groggy Ron Weasly as he trudged down the stairs. "How in bloody hell did you get in here?" He asked, standing in the middle of the room in his pajamas.

"Umm, Im really not sure." Sean lied, after all, stranger things had happened at Hogwarts. "I climbed under a book case up in the observation tower, and I ended up here." Sean shrugged. Lieing was a skill he had perfected, given his natural talent with the subject. "I definatly should be going though, I'll get massive detentions if im cought in here." Sean said as Ron lit up a lumos. Sean headed over to the exit and slowly pushed it open, trying his best not to wake the sleeping lady inside it.

"Wait, Sean, umm." Sean called quietly after him. Sean turned back and quirked his head in question. "Well, I-... never mind." Ron said, turning around and going back up the stairs, mumbling somthing to himself. Sean throught about it for a second but remembered the much more important task at hand, getting back to his own dorm.

He slid out from the portrait and gently rested it back into its locked position, he turned out toward the now almost pitch black hallway, the silence was piercing and the darkness didnt help at all, but he wasnt about to risk lighting up a lumos. "Here goes nothing." He said to himself as he began down the corridor again.

Lei: Lei was coming down the corridor. He was suppose to be doing his transfiguration assignment, professor McGonnagal has been giving assignments with a rather free hand these days, and in liberal quantity.

Trying to stop worrying about these assignments, lei just want to get to clear his head from something. So he heads towards the lake, but before going there, a sudden urge to go to the washroom washes over him, so he went to the nearest.

Sean: Sean woke up... a bit later than usual. It was the next day. He made it through the dark halls the night before with little difficulty. It was hard for Sean to get out of bed, he had gotten back to the common room fairly late, but he managed to pull himself to his feet and put on his day cloths.

He headed down into his common. "Hey James." he said to one of his fellow Hufflepuffs, "Are there classes today?" He asked. "No, its Saturday." he replied, going back to his book.

Sean was releaved, he definatly didnt have teh focus to concentrate on school work. He ran back up to his dorm and grabbed his tooth brush and past and headed out of the common for the bathroom. He walked swiftly down the the cold stone hallway and entered the boys bathroom. Without looking around, he stepped straight up to a sink and began running the brush over his teeth. He glanced over in mid scrub and saw the top of Lei's head over the stall. Sean's face went a slight pink.

Lei: Lei jumped.

"uh oh, I didn't notice you there, Jake. how is it going?"
YOu usually come to this bathroom?"

Sean: Sean's eyes widened at being addressed. He removed the tooth brush from his mouth and spat quickly into the sink. "Umm... usually only in the mornings to brush." He laughed, a little embarassed at being cought in his morning state. Hair still messed up from the nights sleep and his his eyes dark around the sockets. He took a quick swig of fosset water and wrinsed his mouth. "I havnt seen you in here before though." Sean said, pulling a brush out of his pocket and starting to run in through his, now untamed, hair.

Lei: Lei was not comfortable discussing bathroom sanitation at this early in the hour so he made it short.

"No, I don't come here often, I prefer the one in gryffindor tower. Anyway, I must be off, I need to clear my head off before going any further, and for that I am going to throw myself in the lake. "

Sean: Sean raised one eyebrow in an expression of confusion and slight intimidation. "Umm... alright." Sean said, feeling a tad bit abandoned and lonely after being ditched all of the sudden. "That guy is so very indecisive." Sean said to himself, as if beginning a conversation.

Once Sean's hair had been effectivly wrangled down and his teeth were up to normal luster, he pulled open the heavy wooden bathroom door and began out the hallway. Lei had told him he was heading toward the lake, but Sean decided that it was better to let him clear his head, as he said he was going to do.

In stead, Sean took a quick run up the stairs and back down for fun before slipping into Professor Flitwick's class and proceeding to go on with some extra tutoring he had set up for a a few days back. It wasnt that he needed tutoring, it was that he loved charms much more than any other subject. Professor Flitwick could tell and insisted that he and Sean worked on progressing into advanced charms through outside of class tutoring.

"So, Professor, what do you have up your sleeve today?" Sean laughed as he lightly skipped up to Flitwick's desk.
"Well, today we'll be continuing foward with yesterday's instruction on inanimate control..." He trailed off. Sean sat and listened attentivly, trying to to let his mind drift to thoughts of Lei. He figured that Lei would come to him when he was ready.

Lei After some heavy swimming, that includes some exercise with the giant squid, Lei came back to his dorm, changed his clothes and rushed off to class only to remember that it is a saturday and there is no class.

He must be losing his head. That Jake boy have messed with his head.

He heads straight for the hufflepuff common room.

Sean: Sean slipped through Professor Flitwick's door, calling a quick thank you back to the miniature Professor. Flitwick squeaked a response and the door shut. Sean stood absent for a moment, wondering if going down to the lake was a good idea at this point. "Well I must have been in there for at least an hour and a half." Sean said out loud to himself. "So maybe he is... but on the other hand..." He continued to think outloud as he walked down the hallway, attracting a bit of bewildered attention but not noticing nor caring.

He found himself at the Hufflepuff common room, in heated debate with his own conflicting self. "Well you dont want to smother him do you?!" He said, as he stepped up to the Hufflepuff portrait, so deep in his fight that he hardly noticed Lei heading that way.

Lei: Lei saw Jake coming from the other direction

"Ah, there you are Jake". Lei said, trying to make himself cool.
"I was searching for you. There is something I need to talk to you about. "

Lei hesitates
"Can you spare me a few moments?"

Sean: Sean spun around and was shocked at Lei's face. He gasped but then calmed, comprehending that it was Lei and he just wanted to talk. Sean wasnt used to being addressed, that was apparent, he though.

"Oh, um, no problem" Sean said, nodding. "What is it?"

Lei: " Er...
Lei hesitates, gathers up his courage and

"Er... I was thinking, and that somehow... and by that way...

Lei was not making sense but at that exact moment, CRASH something fell down just beside sean.

Sean: Sean fell backward and looked up at the object. It was one of the gargoyles from the dungeon. Sean's heart was pounding for several reasons:
1. It seemed Lei was trying to tell him somthing very important.
2. His heart always seemed to do somthing like that when he was talking to Lei.
3. He was almost crushed by a gargoyle that was several floor above where it was supposed to be.

Sean looked up at the ceiling where it fell through. A silvery white face looked down at them with a wicked grin. "How'de you like that one Seany." Peeves cackled, letting the rest of his head float throught the ceiling.

"Peeves! This isnt the time!" Sean growled, his eyes swiftly flashed to a bright red and peeves flickered back up through the ceiling. Sean took a few deep breaths to calm his nerves and then got to his feet, knees still shaking.

"Well... that was odd." Sean said, still shaking a bit.

Lei: "You alright? Nothing hurt? "
Lei looks concerned.

"Alright then come with me..."
Lei took Sean's hands and dragged him to the boy's bathroom.

Sean: Sean followed behind Lei, a bewildered look on his face as he was tugged through the halls and briskly pulled through the bathroom door.

Once there, he stood, looking Lei in the eyes and feeling the importance of the moment. "Alright, what was it you wanted to tell me?" Sean asked, now extremely anxious.

Lei: Lei hesitates for a moment.

"Sean, I think I am going crazy. I can't concentrate on my studies. I feel like I am missing some important part of me, and I can't see what it is I am missing. But when I am with you, I feel complete."

Sean: Sean stepped foward, a smile on his face. He put his arms around Lei's neck and look him in the eyes. "Lei, I know exactly what you mean." He said, with a little shudder in his voice. He let go of Lei and stepped backward, wanting to see what Lei was going to do next.

Lei: Lei Gulp.
"But Sean, I am not ready for this. I don't know I feel scared."
Lei looks deep into sean's eyes.

Sean: Sean stepped back after hearing that Lei was fearful. Fear, it was a word that stung Sean, considering that ever since his first year, his quiet and strange ways always caused people to truely fear him. He knew Lei wasnt using it like that, but it still made him feel a lot less confident in the situation.

"Oh.." Sean said, now having trouble finding somthing to say. "Well, if you think about it, when are you really 'ready' for somthing like this?" Sean asked, now keeping his distance.

Lei: Lei feels a bit sad. He didn't expected this to happen. But he is a lot confused about what is happening.

He says, "Alright Sean. I don't know how I will know when I am ready but I need to think about this."

Sean: "Lei, if you dont feel that this is... this is the right thing to do, then Im willing to wait untill your sure." Sean nodded, pulling out his wand again and flurishing it toward the streaming water once again and spinning it around in a small ball shape.

"You know Lei, I havnt had many... happy memories." Sean said, looking at the ball of water he was spinning to avoid Lei's gaze. "A patronus charm... its been extremely hard to produce." He continued. "But yesterday with Professor Flitwick... I thought about the first nigth I met you... and since I discovered that memory, a silvery sea turtle has been swimming out of the end of my wand every time I try." Sean smiled.

Lei: Lei smiled back. He cups Sean's chin with his palm and plants a soft kiss on his lips. Or at least that was what he wanted to do. But instead, he ran. He don't know where, but he ran.

And from that day onwards, these two boys never met or heard one thing of the other. And they lived sadly ever after.

Summary: No plot. Some pent up frustrations.
Spoiler: Anything up to infinite crisis

When Tim Confronted Clark after Conner died.

I hate you Clark, for you never cared for Conner.

If only you knew how much Kon looks up to you. You, with all your powers and visions, you could have never known how much respect he had for you.

You should have protected him, but you never liked him, did you? You just took him as a mistake of science. You treated him even less then some illegitimate child.

His other father loved him more than you ever did. What did you do to save him when he almost disintegrated after his first fight with Superboy Prime? It was his other other father who comes up with the cure. Where were you when he was fighting with Superboy Prime?

Even though he is of your own genes, you never treated him like family. You always treated him like he was a burden you had to bear.

And you were never there when he needed you the most. Where were you when he was lost in Apokolips? Where were you when he was lost in the Kingdom of Roam?* (*The Last Boy on earth incident) Where were you when Knockout misled him? Where were you when he was controlled by his other father? Where were you "Superman" when your son needed you the most? And above all, where were you when he died? You were suppose to save him. What kind of a parent are you?

Even the unfeeling, emotionless Batman feels more for his Robins than you ever did for you son. You do not even acknowledge him as your son, do you?

It is well that you can never bear a child, for you would been the worst parent ever. You would be glad that he died, a burden off your shoulder, one less could-turn-into-a-supervillain to fight in the future.

Now I understand why he never wanted to tell you about his other father. Because you would have never understood. He was right all the time.

I know Batman keeps lot of files on him. Even if he does not show it to me, I know he has. I tried to break the codes but could not, but now it is useless. But Batman has an excuse of being a paranoid. I think he even has a file on me, his own Robin.

His other father has an excuse of being a super-villlain. But you Clark, you had no excuse to neglect him. You have no right to let him die. You were suppose to save him. You were suppose to protect him. HE WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO DIE.

...

Maybe it was best for him. Maybe death is better than being a neglected child. Maybe it was best that he no longer need to live up to you image. He tried so hard to be like you. And in doing that he gave up his life.

I hope you are happy now, that you are no longer burdened with a science project product.

I hate you Clark.

"Teddy, what are you doing?"
"Um" was the only reply he got.
"I am trying to read a book here."
"Um"
He put down the book for a second and turn over to find Teddy using him as a resting place for sex-tired limbs. And Teddy has a big silly smile pasted on his face, with his eyes closed.
The book has to wait, Billy supposed, closing his eyes and resting his head on Teddy's other arm.
When Billy regained conciousness, he finds himself with two things less. One was his Book, the other was his treacherous boyfriend.
